About Us

Hi! We're Dave & Tiffany.

When we first got together, our calendars were full. We were out in the world doing things, going places, creating memories, and having fun with the people we loved. Life was rich, and it showed.

But as years passed and careers evolved, we found ourselves spending less and less time together. We were still happy, but missing each other more and more.

So we started dreaming about building a business together. We tried a couple of things, but nothing clicked. Nothing felt like us

What we were looking for wasn't just a business. It was a way for us to spend more quality time together and do something that we both loved.

On March 19, 2026, Dave's YouTube obsession paid off.

He discovered a podcast featuring a woman talking about her custom magnet business. He sent it to Tiffany. She watched three minutes of it and texted back, "Yes! Let's do this!"

Within three days of watching that video, Tiffany had registered the business, set up the website, email, and socials, ordered the machines and materials, completed the cost build, calculated the pricing (yeah, she's a former accountant), and wrote the event contracts.

That's just how it works with us.

It's how we found each of our homes.
It's how we found Max — our sweet, all-white pitty mix with a heart the size of the Pacific Northwest.
And it's how Joyful Magnet Company was born.

When we want something, Dave finds it, and Tiffany brings it home.

So who are we, really?

We're two people who are partners in life and for life. We've been together for 14 years, and we live just outside Portland, Oregon, on 10 acres where our daily visitors include elk, deer, owls, and hawks. We love to travel, listen to live music, create memories, and spend quality time with friends and family. Dave is on the golf course several days a week. Tiffany loves treasure hunting (aka thrifting) and visiting new coffee shops.

We love our people fiercely. We love our dog more than words can express. And we believe that the best moments in life deserve to be somewhere you can actually see them — not buried in a camera roll between a screenshot of a recipe you'll never make and seventeen photos of the same sunset.

That's why we started Joyful Magnet Company.

The first magnet we ever made?

It's Max. Obviously.

How could you not want to put this sweet face everywhere!?

What we believe.

We believe a photo magnet on your fridge should make you smile before you've even had your coffee. We believe the best gift you can give someone is a memory they can hold in their hands. We believe photo booths had their moment — it was 2013 — and this is better.

And we believe that when something feels right, you don't overthink it. You just say yes.

Come create the magic with us.

Whether you're ordering your first three magnets or booking us for your wedding, you're not just a transaction to us. You're someone with a photo on your phone that deserves to be seen. We're just here to help it find its way to the fridge.
